Better Autoparts warrants its entire products to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal service conditions for a period of 90 days, whichever occurs from the original date of purchase. This warranty is valid to the original purchaser and limited to the replacement of a defective product only. It does not cover labor, damaged from accidents, alterations, misuse or modifications not intended by the manufacturer. All warranty claims must be pre-authorized and returned prepaid to Better Autoparts for inspection and approval.

1. I just purchased an item from you, when will it ship?
Most orders ship the next business day (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays) after payment has been received.
2. My item has been marked as shipped and I have a tracking # but it is not showing in FedEx's shipping system, what's wrong?
Once a label is printed and we have staged your item for FedEx to pick-up from our warehouse it will typically take up to 24 hours for it to show up in FedEx's tracking system. If after 24 hours your shipping information has not been updated, you can contact our Customer Service Department for further assistance.
3. How long will it take to get my item?
Currently, all orders are shipped through our west coast warehouses by FedEx or UPS and can take 3 to 7+ business days to arrive. West coast orders usually arrive within 3 business days and East coast orders within 7+ business days.
